Khud Kafalat Rozgar Trust, Sialkot is the brain child of Sialkot Chamber. Dr. Khurram Anwar Khawaja floated the idea in the year 2008. "In light of the increasing poverty and unemployment in our beloved country, the philanthropists of the Sialkot Chamber Of Commerce and Industry, in accordance with their tradition of service and seeking Allah's pleasure, established a Khud Kifalat Rozgar trust on June 30, 2010. This trust aims to provide financial assistance in the form of Qarz-e-Hasna to unemployed individuals in Pakistan based on the golden principles of Islam, enabling them to start small businesses and become self-sufficient instead of seeking jobs.
. The Trust is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1880, with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies. The Trust is Non-Profit Organization.
1.To take practical steps to end unemployment in the city and provide better opportunities for both needy and skilled individuals.
2.To empower the demoted individuals affected by poverty and unemployment by providing them with small-scale interest-free loans and offering possible training and guidance within this framework.

1. To alleviate poverty among the poor and less prosperous households in urban and rural areas, and to increase their income by providing interest free loans.

5.Providing Qarz-e-Hasna to those who are trapped in high-interest loans from moneylenders, thereby freeing them from the grip of usurers.
1. Get the trustee form from the trust office, fill it out, and submit it along with a cheque or cash amounting to one hundred thousand rupees as registration.
2.Donations for Qarz-e-Hasna are received from funds other than Zakat. The trust has a separate account for Zakat, which is used according to Islamic rules.
3.Each trustee will contribute a donation of one hundred thousand rupees annually to the Qarz-e-Hasna fund.
